Sherwood Forest Cafe

The Excalibur Hotel & Casino’s Sherwood Forest Café raises the bar for other hotel cafes. The first thing customers will notice about this premium eatery is how spacious it is. High archways and vaulted ceilings give the impression that the café is enormous, and it is by no means small. Employees will tell you that the café is almost never full, even during the busiest rushes and largest conventions. And the restaurant even features a small bar where customers can eat at the counter or just enjoy a quick beer. Décor in the café is fairly simple, yet creates an elegant feel. The restaurant has a white color scheme accented by wrought iron decorations throughout that add simple touches that are very visually pleasing. These decorations include small iron wall sconces fashioned in the shape of long stemmed flowers. The menu is fairly basic and reliable, as many customers attend hotel cafes with a popular, specific dish in mind. Sherwood Forest Café has a mouth-watering selection of breakfast items, fresh sandwiches and salads for lunch, and a wide variety of entrees for dinner.
